Based on last year's data, the food delivery app has revealed that there was a significant jump in comfort food and dessert orders on this day - with the exact time of people giving in to the temptation being 7:05pm. In 2018, Deliveroo data showed that almost 1 in 2 Deliveroo users ditched their diet, with a whopping 43% surge in carb-friendly, high calorie and sweet orders on the 13th of January.
